They Won’t Come to Work!! An Interactive Training Event

Posted: October 24, 2017

Absenteeism can be a human resource nightmare and leaves human resource personnel grappling with questions over what can and cannot be done to bring their employees back to work.  This, coupled with the alphabet soup comprising state and federal labor and employment law, requires human resource personnel to be on the cutting edge when it comes to handling employee absenteeism.  In their engaging and interactive presentation, Elizabeth L. Peters and Joshua J. Leadford will test your knowledge of leave law and provide a crash course in addressing employee absenteeism.  With so many changes occurring in the area of absenteeism, this is a presentation you will not want to miss.

There will be a networking lunch from 11:15 am - noon, followed by the presentation, which will last until 3:00 pm.  For more information, or to register for the event, please contact the Valley Society for Human Resource Management (VSHRM).
