On July 17, 2017, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) issued an updated I-9 Form. As of September 18, 2017, the new form must be used.
All U.S. employers must ensure an I-9 is completed for each individual hired for employment in the United States. The updated form can be found on the USCIS's website at www.uscis.gov/i-9.
